Called Together Discernment Journey
Guide your congregation through the complete Called Together process with Keith Clark-Hoyos. This journey helps you listen for the Spirit, clarify your Calling, and align with God’s vision over multiple sessions. Ideal for churches seeking discernment and clarity.

Foundation of Spirit-Led Leadership
Designed for newly elected or reorganized church boards, this retreat lays the groundwork for faithful governance. Using Serving the Call (Ch. 1–4) and Embracing Our Call, it covers board roles, covenants, and sacred meeting practices. Offered as a 1-day retreat or 3-session Zoom series.

Strengthening Spirit-Led Governance & Mission
This two-retreat series deepens your board’s capacity for faithful governance. Based on Serving the Call (Ch. 1–8), it integrates budgeting tools, financial decision-making, and leadership commissioning. Offered as two 1-day retreats, a 2-day intensive, or an 8-session Zoom training with three months of coaching.
Outcomes:
- Integrated financial and governance leadership.
- Conflict resolution skills grounded in Calling.
- Readiness for bold, mission-aligned action.
Sustainable Leadership & Legacy
This extended program includes all three Serving the Call retreats (Ch. 1–12), adding sustainability, succession, and mentoring practices. It’s ideal for established congregations building long-term capacity and preparing future leaders. Offered as three retreats, an extended retreat, or a 12-session cohort with 12 months of coaching.

- Strong leadership pipeline and succession plans.
- Covenantal unity and accountability systems.
