Faithful Financial Practices

A two-retreat journey to protect leaders, safeguard resources, and inspire trust in financial ministry.

Welcome to Financial Leadership Formation

Faithful Financial Practices

A two-retreat journey with Keith Clark-Hoyos to secure processes, strengthen transparency, and build trust.

Church finances deserve both spiritual grounding and practical integrity. Faithful Financial Practices deepens the work begun in Foundations of Stewardship, guiding treasurers, boards, and finance committees in developing habits that safeguard resources and support those entrusted with financial leadership.

Across two retreats drawn from The Heart of Stewardship, The Practice of Faith—Retreats 1 and 2—participants practice transparent reporting, ethical fund handling, and risk management, all grounded in prayer and discernment.

This journey is designed for congregations seeking clarity, accountability, and systems that reflect both faith and fiduciary care.

“Whoever is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much.”
— Luke 16:10

Why This Journey Exists

A Two-Retreat Formation Path with Keith Clark-Hoyos

Faithful Financial Practices helps churches strengthen the systems through which financial responsibility is shared. Through transparent reporting, clear policies, and prayerful discernment, treasurers, boards, and finance committees develop practices that clarify oversight, support those entrusted with leadership, and sustain confidence across the congregation.

Offered as two connected retreats, the journey provides practical templates, checklists, and reporting rhythms that help financial teams carry their responsibilities with greater clarity, accountability, and mutual support.

What do our financial practices communicate about **trust, accountability, and the way we share responsibility?
