Sustainable Stewardship Journey

A three-retreat journey with Keith Clark-Hoyos to secure practices, plan for succession, and cultivate long-term financial resilience.

Sustainable Stewardship Journey

A three-retreat journey with Keith Clark-Hoyos to strengthen practices, prepare for succession, and cultivate long-term financial resilience.

Church finances are most sustainable when current practices, future planning, and the congregation’s Calling remain connected. The Sustainable Stewardship Journey builds on Foundations of Stewardship and Faithful Financial Practices, guiding leaders through three retreats that integrate calling, compliance, and future-oriented planning.

Drawing from The Heart of Stewardship, The Practice of Faith—Retreats 1–3—this journey helps treasurers, finance committees, and boards lead with clarity in the present while building capacity for the future.

An optional Anniversary Gathering one year later gives congregations an opportunity to recognize growth, renew accountability, and establish new goals in step with God’s Spirit.

“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance.”
— Proverbs 21:5

Why This Journey Exists

A Three-Retreat Formation Path with Keith Clark-Hoyos

Churches need financial practices that serve both present responsibilities and future leadership. The Sustainable Stewardship Journey helps congregations prepare for transitions, strengthen succession planning, and develop stewardship rhythms that can be carried forward with clarity and care.

With Keith Clark-Hoyos as your guide, your church will cultivate a leadership pipeline, connect long-term financial planning with mission, and establish practices that support continuity, accountability, and shared responsibility across changes in leadership.

What will help the next generation carry forward responsible stewardship and Calling?
