God’s Spirit moves among us, inviting the congregation to listen, discern, and respond together. The Called Together Discernment Journey is a comprehensive process led by Keith Clark-Hoyos through all nine phases of Called Together.

Across multiple sessions, participants attend to the congregation’s story, present season, shared Calling, and faithful next steps. The journey creates space for distinct perspectives to be heard without requiring immediate agreement, helping the community develop a clearer sense of who God is calling it to become.

Called Together offers a complete rhythm of prayer, listening, reflection, and faithful action. Guided by Keith Clark-Hoyos, the congregation moves through all nine phases—from creating space for silence and attending to its story to clarifying its shared Calling and identifying faithful next steps.

The journey is designed for congregations entering strategic planning, navigating transition, or seeking greater clarity about their future. Rather than beginning with an external model or predetermined answer, it creates space for people to bring their experiences and perspectives into communal discernment.

Offered as a multi-session series, extended retreat series, or customized engagement, the process adapts to the congregation’s setting while preserving the full movement of the journey. Format Options:

Multi-session series (e.g., 9 x 2-hour sessions, one per phase, over several weeks, in-person or hybrid Zoom).
Extended retreat series (e.g., three 1-day retreats, each covering 3 phases, with intervals for integration, totaling 18–24 hours over a month).
Customized engagement (e.g., a tailored schedule, such as biweekly sessions or a 5-day intensive, designed in consultation with Keith Clark-Hoyos).
