Format Options:
- Series of retreats (e.g., three retreats: two 1-day retreats for Retreats 1 and 2, one 3–4 hour Anniversary Retreat, in-person or hybrid Zoom.
- Extended program (e.g., 2–3 days covering all chapters, with breaks for integration, totaling 18–24 hours over a month).
- 12-session training (e.g., 12 x 2-hour sessions over several weeks, one per chapter, in-person or hybrid Zoom.
