Chapter 1: Serving Our Call – Explore governance as a spiritual practice, unifying mission, effort, and assets through the three pillars of Calling, Energy, and Resources.
Chapter 2: Finding Our Purpose – Discern God’s unique call for your church through prayerful listening, using tools like the Mission Audit to align ministries with purpose.
Chapter 3: Leadership as Sacred Trust – Build trust through transparency and accountability, drafting a board covenant to guide your service with integrity.
Chapter 4: Meetings as Sacred Space – Transform meetings into sacred spaces with practices like discernment pauses and structured agendas, ensuring decisions reflect God’s call.

Format Options:

1-day retreat (4–5 hours, in-person or hybrid Zoom.
4-session series (4 x 90-minute sessions over several weeks, in-person or hybrid Zoom.
Customized engagement (e.g., tailored schedule designed in consultation with Keith Clark-Hoyos).
